LIVE Session: Sunday, September 19, 2021

Last month’s session at Nancy and David’s near the Tranzac worked so well, we’re going to do it again.

Our beloved Tranzac is still not opened to the public, though Betty and the Bobs are booked in for Hallowe’en, so the end is in sight. Nancy and David have again volunteered their home in easy walking distance from the Tranzac for our next live Toquetrad session of the decade! We will not be posting their contact information here, but a quick email to us at toquetrad@gmail.com will get you the details of how to join us on Sunday.

Jean Carignan, famous Quebecois fiddler
Jean Carignan will not come to our session, but we can all reminisce about that time we saw him at that Denny’s off the New Jersey Turnpike. The details:

Date:Sunday, September 19th, 2021
Time:Noon to 3PM (Eastern Standard Time)
Location:Nancy and David have offered to host us again in the Annex of Toronto. Please contact us at toquetrad@gmail.com for the directions and details.

The TOQueTrad COVid Protocols from last month remain in place:

For health and safety reasons, Nancy asks that you only attend if you have been double-vaxxed plus two weeks, and for the sake of those who don’t want to risk a breakthrough infection endangering their vulnerable family or friends, please bring a mask. We will be playing outside, so the ventilation should be sufficient.

Come join us for some rootin’, tootin’, caterwaulin’ tooney goodness (the music, not the money). The weather is predicted to be fine, but bring a hat. Can’t wait to see you there!
